Cho stood up to help Harry. She felt his arm brush against hers as she reached over to pick up a book. It was a huge book about snowy owls. "Hmm. Try reading this," she said teasingly. There were over nine hundred pages in the book she picked up. She hoisted it on the shelf where it belonged and sat back down. "Maybe she's lonely." she said. She went over to the window and gave an unaudible whistle. A brown outline fluttered through the window and onto the desk. Cho's owl looked at Harry's inquisitively. Cho sat down hoping that what she said was right.

Harry looked u pat cho and blushed "Maybe" he said sitting down and when her owl came to the window hedwing looked at him went over and they starred at each other and then he left and she followed. "I think you were right but I thought she wouldn't get lonely there are so many owls here."

"Neither did I, but little did I know that Zhang picks his little owl friends carefully," she said with a laugh. Cho blushed as he looked at her. Somewhere in there he likes me..right? Please tell me I'm right? she thought to herself. She remembered her notebook. "So are you going to Ron's during Christmas break?"

"Mmm. Well, I'm here if you need anyone to talk to," she said with a little smile. She turned around to the window to see that their owls were chasing each other playfully. "So..um. Have you got your team for quidditch yet?" she asked. She had been picked as Chaser for Ravenclaw.

"Thanks cho" he said she was so nice even though rumor around school was that she still liked him and some said that she even loves him. "No not really I have totally forgot about that I will later on in the school year I suppose" he said.

Cho nodded. "Looking forward to picking kids this year? Our captain is terrified. Afraid some kid will kill himself at tryouts." she chuckled. "Some of the first years..can't even cling to their brooms, but I guess they'll have to learn," she said. True. The rumors were true about Cho. The only thing she thought about all day was Harry. And yes, she did love him, always wishing that he felt the same.

"I know and people think that you pick some over others because they are your friends which isn't true at all." Harry looked at the window to make sure that hedwing was okay.

"Yeah. Last year we had a first year try out. Poor girl. Almost crashed into the lake. Had to go save her myself othewise she would've been in the water," she replied. She didn't like tryouts because they took up a lot of time and wasted it since some came that didn't even know the rules of quidditch. She sighed and slumped in her chair. "So, know anyone putting their names into the goblet?" she asked.

"Oh I hate those kind my opinion is if you can't fly don't try out" harry thought about it and then said "Yea Aurey wanted to but I told her of she did it would be over so know she isn't going to.

"Oh." she said thinking about if Aubrianna did, then Cho would've had a chance. What are you doing Cho? You never think like that. It's mean. she thought. She shrugged it off. "Mhm, well I think Cedric is going to. I haven't seen him all summer or this year," she said wondering where he was. "Have you?" she asked.

Cho smiled. "How was that game anyways?" she asked. This whole summer she went to watch a lot of quidditch, but most importantly, she watched a lot of show jumping. True, it was a muggle sport, but Cho's family was a horse family, magic family, and so many other things. She had a few horses of her own, above taking care of siblings, she had to train her horses as well.

"Oh." she said in a quiet voice. She remembered she was chased by one long ago. She sighed. "I'm sorry," she said. "So are you planning on going to the Yule Ball?" she asked hoping he was available.
